CCCEOA Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for reviewing plans for new construction and modifications to existing homes in Covington Country Club Estates to insure compliance with the covenants.  In cases where a permissible waiver to the covenants is requested, the Architectural Review Committee will make a recommendation on approval to the full board.  Procedures for getting plans reviewed can be found here.
